MerBoys: Are a species of half human and half fish like creatures. Similar to mermaids and most merman like creatures. Although most Merboy's generally are young merman. In this world though, they are there own species. They have the upper torso of young male human and lower half of fish. All merboy's have nature predator and prey like instinct from the moment they are created. An are train to become warriors and hunters 

Appearance in Human form: A tan skin feminine boy. With brownish red hair in a straight medium pony tail.An the hair coming  down his forehead is straight. With a few strings of curry hair coming down in front and behind his ears. His eyes are reddish brown and he has long eye lashes . An he's wearing a sleeveless light brown t-shirt with a pair of white ladies shorts .He's wearing a turbo fan arm band/patch. ON his leg arm near his left shoulders. That patch it self is dark gray but the turbo fan is gray. An lastly he's wearing a tan color High heel Sandals , with dark brown straps.


Monster From- Looks the same expect everything below his torso, has been replace with everything behind a mako shark's dorsal fin.
But the sharks dorsal fin is behind his human torso. An he's shirtless so he's show off the girly feminine boy body of his. 
The colors of his shark half is nighttime blue , with a dray gray under belly. 


Symbols- On his  back he has  the slave symbol. The world nobles brand there slaves with. An on top that symbol he has the anti-human symbol  or the M.U.A.H mark. Which is a dark blue skull , with sea weed looking tentacles coming  from back the skull.An anyone that bears this symbol represents this logo "Spread the hate, Spread the fear".

Biography:  13 years ago him and his father were out gathering food. In nearby seas that surround the island. When all of suddenly they heard a series of exposing going off behind them. An when they turn around to see what was going on , they saw there home island was being attack by variance groups of humans. That all come together for the same purposed of capturing some of the young and killing anyone that got in there way. Burning and destroying everything in there path. Rachelle's father then try to say something to him. But before he had the chance to, he was shoot and killed right in-front of Rachelle's eyes. As Rachelle was left frozen in a state of shock.Just as ship full humans approach the small boat, from behind and snatch up Rachelle.As soon as he felt that he was pull away from the small boat ,he snap out of it and realizing what had happen. He then cry and scream out to his dead father, as he desperately tried to brake away from the humans grasp. But it made no difference he couldn't brake away from that human's grasp .An his father could no long her his worlds no matter how much or loud he cry out to him. Him and the other young were bought to a human auction house. Were they were sold and branded to variances nobles ,as house pets or slaves. Rachelle end up being sold to a "Celestial Dragon" family as nothing more but chain up gold fish in a big fish bowl. Were he spend most of his time being lock up with barley any room to move , any food to eat and offering the fish bowl would end up get dingily and dirty.As he spent days in and days out of being abused and negated by the humans who own him.Nothing more but a side show attraction for the rich humans to gazed ,ooze , and talk about. Like he was some-kind of exotic pet .And when wasn't so coup up in his fish cage. He was only allow a little bit of breathing room, so he could entertain the nobles humans against his will. Usually with an under water dance or some like that, no matter how tried , weak , or exhausted he felt.An when he fail to complete a task properly , he would always get severely beating for it.

And that's how he pretty much live his life for next 11 years. Being degrade , humiliated , look down upon , absurd by the humans , as his life become a living hell for there entertainment. But then one day , him and bunch of other non-human slaves that were tried of being push around by there human masters. Tried rebel against them for there freedom. But the navy quickly put an end to there plans.An the guy who started it all in first place, was betting and shoot. By the noble who own him in-front of the others as an example. Everyone that took part in revolt were taking away by the marines. To a special prison design to keep monster other no human creature from escaping. As they spend weeks and months in agonizing pain and suffering. But one day during a prison transfer a strange indecent had occur. All prisoner were giving the keys to freedom yet , no one saw who did it. Then a young Mer-Human come from the very cell. That marines were planning on transfer an inmate to another prison.Held up a dead marine in his hand as he gave a speech about of how they should all join forces and together and take revenge on the human for everything they done to them. They were all so move by his speech. That they all join forces an fought there way out of the the prison, escape, and stole a navy ship as they headed towards the east blue sea .But in there travels they encounter and join a very powerful alliance called M.U.A.H ( Monster United against humans). Which was large pirate alliance, made from more than 10,000 different spices of non-human pirates. Each one was branded with a mark , on top the mark the humans give them as slaves . To show their hatred for humankind, their cause , and there loyal. After that they destroy countless numbers of human run ships.As they continue there journey to the east blue sea.An become know far and wide as the "River Beast Pirates" with there captain. Being the young mer-human that inspire them to band together in first place. They even mangiest capture a World's Noble's ship . An force the humans on there ship to build a massive pirate/water amusement park ship for them(Which would be later know as "Water Works"). In exchange for their lives. After that incident though the world government , greatly roses bounties on their heads . But once they mangiest to get to the east blue sea. They diced to set up shop somewhere , hoping they could rest for awhile. Without anyone knowing where they were .But one day a marine commander by the name" Commander Poodles" finally mangiest to find them. But instead of arrest them ,he made a deal with them.In exchange for not capturing them, keeping there bounties lower then it should be and keeping there location a secret .All they have to do is luring pirates ships ,near there waters. Attack them and leave them for marines to pick up.An as add bonus they are free to keep anything they want from the pirates.There treasure, there ship, any precious variables and food. They can even attack any marine ship that wasn't under Commanders Poodles command . A do what they what with the ship and it's crew. Not seeing any other options in there favor, the pirates agree to poodles terms. A work for him ,from now on.

So how did Rachelle end up joining the Haotic-Cry crew you ask?
Well that's kind of simply to explain. You see just as the Haotic-Cry begun sailing though the east blue sea.
They spot a small rock form Island in the middle ocean. An diced to used take a few swags at it with the ships cannons, while some of the other crew members went fishing and stuff.An just as they started to firing on the small rock island , they notice someone was taking a quietly nap on the island.An as soon as they realized there someone on the island. They stop firing and quickly brought him inside to rest and see if he was aright .A few moments later he was awake.An Instead of being piping hot that mad that they nearly killed him or surprised or even stock that he was on pirate ship in first place.He seem rather claim and over relive that he was on a pirate ship (An not a marine vessel). He then told them that he was a cast away , who had been drafting out at seas for weeks now .After he crew had abandoning him. An he just so happen to have bump into the small rock island .Were he's being living for past 3 months.Since he had no one were else to go or anything else to do.As a thanks for helping him out.He ask if he could join there crew as there Archer. But Nico was against it, seeing as there was something off about Rachelle. While thrinty on the other hand ,was all for it. An that's how he end up joining the Haotic-Cry crew. (But what is his real motive, behind joining there crew? An what secret's is he hiding form? )

Combat Style: Unlike some species of mermaids he's prefers not used good looks to lure a foe or pray to there doom. Rather he rallies on his nature Instincts and warriors skills to bring them down . But Rachelle prefers to keep his distant from foes , so he can used his long range attacks. An he only uses his speed and magical abilities to widening the gap between him and his foes. 

Weapons: He's carry a golden brown color bow arrow. Name "Golden KazzmahJee" That has a pic of a serpent like creature with 2 dragon like claws and a dog like head. In grave on it. The bow itself lunch arrows with golden drill tips heads. That lit up on fire when ever they come in contact with water. An when they are, fire upon a spot that has water on it. It will burst/exposed into flames upon impact. 


Item: Shield Wing ( An item that he will not used, for quite awhile) - You see that fan patch on his arm band. Well it can absorb a bit of damage, when activated though. Every time someone or something hit's him on that spot . An ever-time someone hits that spot it changes up and increases his speed. On top of that white wings stare to appearing , from the top right side of his arm band. An when it's fully change , his outfit change magical changes to that of a mermaid princess. An he can unleashed a super powerful single attack.That could end up destroying both his bow and item at same time. So It's all or nothing finishing move, that I'm still trying to come up with a name for.

"Narwhal Cruiser Missile!"-He's forms a Narwhal/shark hybrid .Made from rotating water he gathers around him. 
And lights the tip of the arrow ,by slighting scraping it against the water around him.Which in terms cause the water turn a fiery orange color.An when fires this attack it travel as far as cannon shell being shoot out from a ships cannon. Which is kind ironic because getting hit by this attack. Is Just like get hit by a medium size bomb or a cannon shell. 

"Golden Drill Shower!"- He Shoots one golden drill arrow up into the air, above his goes. A using his magic he makes it rain golden drill arrows down on his enemies 

"Flash Fire!"- Shoots one golden drills arrows that's turns into multiple golden drill arrows. Each one then is surround by a living flaming aura that take form of a Narwhal sword fish.The arrows themselves act like guild missiles. So they don't let up until they hit something or someone stops them.

"Water Work Shower!": Craters a ball of water using his merboy magic and lunches tiny water steams from it.In which acts like bullets and if you get by one it hurts like hell 


"Hydro Bomb!": He forms a ball water using his magic and tires to hit or throw at someone. In which it will exploded upon impact and burst into water. Leaving small cannon size crater.


"Aqua Whip!"- Forms another balls with his magic in and creates waters whips from it. In which grabs any nearby same object and throws it all his foes 


Abilities:Can swim faster than a fish man , but slower then a mermaid. An unlike mermaids he doesn't not need to come up the surfaces for air. He can breath under water just fine. Using some kind of internal magical breathing system in his body. On land he can just change his lower shark half into the lower human half. In other worlds he can magical change his sharks tail for human legs anytime he wants to on land. An every time he does he automatic changes into his human closes. But as soon as get into deep enough water , his human legs turn back in lower half of a mako shark , and his clothing automatically comes off as well and just disappears. Although he can always, magical change his clothing/outfit with a new pair anytime ,he's out of water. He can also magical summon his weapon out and send it back to dimension in which it came from when he's done using it. He can magic a gather up a of water. An do all kinds thing with it , like using it as water bomb, lunch tiny steam water from it , or thrown small objects at his foes. He also possessive some above human strength and speed But like any mer creature it doubles below the sea and halves on land. He can also talk to and understand other creatures beside human. While under water though he can speak to non-human creatures telepathically. An like most fish men every-time he losing a pair of teeth , he gets a new row of teeth right there and then. An with each new pair, they keep stronger and sharp each time.

Personality: A bit annoying , over talkative, curiously , clumsy, too relax at times, and the type of guy that likes to hidden his true emotions and feelings behind a smile.He's secretive and a bit strange too.An sometimes pretends to stupid or that he's completely obsessives to things that are going on around him. At times he tries to be helpful, and at other times he pretend to be useless.(Either because he doesn't want to do it . Or that he just doesn't want anyone to find out he's not human)

Predator and Prey Instance- Rachelle doesn't know any form of haki yeti. But does how ever, has something pretty close to observant haki .Called predator and prey instance. Which depend upon scenario , he can tap into his nature instance as prey or predator to avert danger and figure were his enemy is coming from. Although when comes to figuring out, were his foes are coming from/ striking from. It's not a 100% accuracy , it more of like vibe or jest. Than anything else.
