He can control his hair using his mind.An his hair is incredible strong and durable.He can throw  drops water like bullets , which is a common trait for any high level fish man.

Combat: He's kind of fights like Usopp before the time skip. Let's just say he fights with in a very creative sort of way. But he's not fearful of his opponents. An he never fights his opponent normally or serious.

Background: 17 years ago Samantha  wash up on shores of Jagger Rock Island. 
Were kind old man name flint , found him lay on the beach cover in wounds unconscious. The kind old man took pity on him. And took took his little shack on top of hill next to a light house. Above the island forest. An treated his wounds the best he could and hope for the best. A few days later Samantha work up to see the old man working on inventor of his. Which was some kind of strange old fashion radio looking thing. With light bub come out from front of it. Flashing with a strange Electric current.The old man then notice Samantha was quite looking at him with puzzle but curious expression on his face.  The old man was over come with joy that his new young friend was aright.An he rush over to his bed side and hug him.A few moments later though, the old man  ask him a series of questions. Like were did come from ,what was his name , does have any parents? But Samantha couldn't answer any of those questions ,for he had forget all his memories.An he didn't even know, what he was at first. But he had felt deep inside his heart, that he didn't have any parents anymore. After hearing that sad story the old man snob.

An diced to gave him the name Samantha.An for that day forth the old man took care of Samantha. As if he were his grandson.  It turn out the old man was brilliant but unknown inventor. Who love making all kind finalization gizmo , gadgets , robots ,and thing a-mah bobs.But he was very sickly old man , that was on the verge of death. An could die on any day .So Samantha would always help him anyway he could. He to was to also fascinated by the old mans works. An Over the years of being with old man , he develop strong bond with flint. So much so that he couldn't bare the though of losing him. Since he was like grandpa to him any the only family he had. He badly wanted to help  feint out. But he didn't know how at first. But then it all come to him in a dream he had. In that dream saw a very faint image of his parents.An that he came for medical family some were in the south blue.After that dream he stared learning about all kind different  , medicine ,medical particles and treatments .So that some day he  could treated the old man and his unknown diseased. In the mean while  he did small little treatment to help him out. An He mad promise to flint that some day.  He'll travel the world an learn everything he can medicine and treatments. 
So he come back and  make feint "feel all better". As he put in worlds back then. The old man  chuck and laugh as he replay with " Ok kiddo it's a deal"

An life couldn't have been better for the both of them.Until the day pirates come to island looking for some treasure . They spot the small sack and the light house on top of the hill.Soon upon there arrival and head towards it 
The old man seeing danger coming , try his best to hide little Samantha. As he went out to see what pirates wanted. But they completely ignore him and started trash his place and the light house looking for anything valuable to take. 
An seeing how the old man was proportional in danger and there home being destroy.
Samantha rush out from his hiding space with wooden stick and try to fight the pirates all by himself. 
But he was easily capture with little effort. An seeing as he was some kind new breed of fishmen. The pirates figure they could sell him for a lot of money at an auction. So started to take him away an the old man valuables. An as they did anger and rage boil within the old man. As he lung himself at pirate carrying Samantha by his hair. A try to fight him ,so Samantha could escape. But t he was shot and killed by the captain of that pirate crew.But during that belief moment of time. Samantha started running towards the beach in tears. Before the pirates figure out what had happen. An when they notice him trying to escape, they quickly  started chase after him.Samantha then found a raft along the beach and started to make his way out to sea.
But the pirates quickly pursuit him on there ship.An just as they were about to get him.
The wraith of the sea gods were unleashed. As the  sea's  started swap the pursuing pirates and there ship against. The huge Jagger rock's around the island.But spare Samantha's raft so he could get away. While the pirates and there ship sea were lost forever at sea.Samantha would then spend the next 7 years of his life alone. Until the day. The captain of "Water Beast Pirates" Ask him to join him his crew as there doctor .

After spending sometime thinking about it.Samantha gladly accepted his offer dispute his bad history with pirates. But seeing as the captain and crew were also monsters like him. He felt that he could trust him without worries. Cause at that moment in time, he felt that the only ones trust with his live were other monsters like him.An not humans
